Five simple ways to reduce bloating quickly

What causes bloating?

Lift your legs parallel to the floor, keeping your hands up and exhaling as you do so. For six seconds, inhale and exhale as though you were holding your breath. Slowly, breathing for three seconds, lower your legs. To avoid straining your back, elevate one leg at a time when doing this exercise. 6-7 times is a good rule of thumb.
3. There are several benefits to alkaline water, including lowering acidity and gas production. In addition, it promotes a healthy digestive system and a rapid elimination of waste.
4. Make CCF tea by grinding equal amounts of coriander, cumin and fennel seeds in a mortar and pestle (saunf). Black peppercorns, please. Coarsely grind the ingredients into a fine powder. For 6-8 minutes, bring 1 teaspoon of this to a boil, then remove from heat and allow it cool somewhat. When you’re feeling bloated after a meal, sip on this. For months, you may keep this powder in a glass jar.
